Scope (40-60 pages)

"The Bachelor's thesis demonstrates a student's ability to independently solve a practice-related problem using scientific knowledge and methods within a specified timeframe"

No page limit

"adhering to the specified number of pages" will be removed from Evaluation form

Ratio (Theory / Practice)

Depends heavily on topic - no fix ratio specified

should introduce everything relevant for the practical part - no more, no less

Theoretical Part (20 points)

you don’t need to start with very basic concepts - commonly known fundamental terms can be assumed

Contribution

it's important to highlight your own contribution through a methodical and structured approach

The path to the result is more important than the result itself—only if the path is understandable can the quality of the result be assessed

So, don’t write a report of results; instead, develop your result through derivations and discussions

Formatting

An appealing appearance is important

Ensure your thesis has a visually appealing and consistently formatted layout

How you design it is up to you

There are no requirements from me regarding font type, font size, line spacing, citation styles, margins, etc. Make sure the appearance is impressive, but stick to standards—no experiments

Pay particular attention to the scope of your references. Interview transcripts should not be included in the bibliography
